Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

ASATT is excited to introduce their new 2020 Sponsorship Opportunities that will compliment your company’s marketing plan by connecting you with your target market as an official ASATT Sponsor. Sponsorship Opportunities may be purchased a la carte or combined with your Exhibitor Package purchase to achieve your desired Partnership Level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

Partnership Levels

Partnership Levels are determined by your combined purchase of Sponsorship Opportunities (see page 6)and Exhibit Package (see page 3).

Food and Beverage / Receptions

Keynote Speaker / $5,000

Align your company with ASATT professionals by sponsoring the keynote presentation. Our keynote presenter is recognized as an expert in their industry and can provide great recognition to your company.

Benefits Include:

  • Keynote introduction.
  • One minute video – opportunity to play a short, pre-approved video prior to the keynote presentation.
  • Deck screen branding – logo/message inclusion on the keynote theater screen prior to and after the presentation.
  • Gift distribution – opportunity to provide all keynote attendees with a pre-approved gift or gift bag (items could include a pen, flash drive, brochure, etc.).
  • One complimentary conference registration.

Welcome Reception / $4,000

Welcome attendees on behalf of your business at the ASATT Welcome Reception.

Benefits Include:

  • Welcome Reception introduction.
  • Logo display.
  • Branded beverage napkins.

Breakfast/Lunch / $3,000

We all know a full belly can influence our own sense of well-being, so why not sponsor an attendee meal.

Benefits Include:

  • Logo display.
  • Branded beverage napkins.

Networking Refreshment Breaks / $2,000

This sponsorship provides a great opportunity for attendees to network and socialize in a relaxed environment, all while gaining exposure to your brand.

  • Logo display.
  • Branded beverage napkins.

Promotional

Lanyards / $2,000

Attendee lanyards are required for entry into every conference function and are an effective way to have your company’s brand seen by all conference participants.

Registration Bags / $3,000

See your company name on each attendee’s arm as they carry meeting essentials throughout the conference. You may submit one registration bag insert free of charge with this sponsorship. These will be co-branded with the ASATT logo.

Registration Bag Inserts / $350

Give attendees something to remember you by. You supply the materials, and we’ll do the stuffing.

Water Bottles / $850

Do your part in supporting the environment with a re-usable branded water bottle. These water bottles will be placed in each attendee’s registration bag and utilized throughout the conference and beyond.

Conference Center Banner / $600 ea.

(5 Placements Available)

Your company name and logo will welcome attendees as they come and go into the convention center each day. This is a single banner that will host up to five Sponsors. ASATT must sell 2 spots to secure this promotional item.

Column Wrap/(s) in the Promenade / $650 ea.

Wrap the columns near the convention center to make a big, lasting impression with your own unique creative promoting your brand. Each 6’ wrap is sold individually.

Floor Decals / $650

Line the hallways with custom designed floor stickers promoting your brand. A maximum of four stickers are available, not to exceed 2’ in diameter. Additional sizes and quantities may be discussed at time of purchase.

Escalator Cling / $500 per panel

Place your logo in a prominent, high traffic area to capture attendees’ attention as they come and go from the meeting spaces. Each Escalator has 4 panels per side, choose to brand the whole thing or just parts.

Glass Wall Panel / $2,200

Custom design this glass wall panel located on the second floor near the conference meeting rooms. This is your opportunity to make a big statement and to ensure your brand gets noticed.

Elevator Cling / $1,000 ea.

Capture the attention of conference goers with your custom designed graphic on the elevator doors. There are three available for purchase all located in the hotel lobby.

Bathroom Cling / $400

Boost your company’s visibility with this sponsorship. A cling with your company name and logo will be placed strategically in the bathrooms near the meeting room space and will remain through the duration of the show. This allows for 8, 6”x 12” clings next to each sink in both the nearest men’s and women’s bathrooms.

Gobo Light / $650

Make your company shine by displaying your company logo with a Gobo light display in the main lobby. Pricing discounts may be available for multiple lights purchased.

Monetary Donation

Regions

ASATT has seven regional territories throughout the country, each with a designated Director, that work to provide opportunities and education for those working in the field or for individuals who are interested in advancing their careers.

Join Now

ASATT membership is based on a calendar year membership term, which runs from August 1-July 31. Membership dues are pro-rated based on when an application is submitted. Please note that ASATT does not accept renewals or joins during Recertification which takes place the months of November and December.
