ASATT Region 1 Virtual Meeting

Region 1 Director, Jonnalee Geddis, will be hosting the regions first virtual meeting Saturday, February 27th 9am - 12pm EST (8 - 11am CST). This is a great opportunity to earn CEUs and the virtual platform allows you to attend a meeting for a region other than the one in which you reside in. Registration deadline Tuesday, February 23 at 11:59pm CST. Registrations cannot be accepted after this date.

Joe Answine

Joe Answine is currently practicing anesthesiologist in south central Pennsylvania in both the private practice and academic settings. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Joe completed an Internal medicine internship and residency in Anesthesiology at Penn State, and was chief resident from July, 1992 to July, 1993. He is board certified in Anesthesiology with both a life time certification obtained in 1994 as well as a voluntary time limited certification active until 2019. He is past president of the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists and continue to serve on their board and executive committee as ASA alternate director (Pennsylvania) as well as delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists House of Delegates. Joe is currently an American Board of Anesthesiologists oral board examiner, and also previously sat on the Pennsylvania Medical Society Board of Trustees. Click here to read more.

ASATT has seven regional territories throughout the country, each with a designated Director, that work to provide opportunities and education for those working in the field or for individuals who are interested in advancing their careers.

ASATT membership is based on a calendar year membership term, which runs from August 1-July 31. Membership dues are pro-rated based on when an application is submitted. Please note that ASATT does not accept renewals or joins during Recertification which takes place the months of November and December.
