The days are getting longer and before we know it, we will be admiring the beauty of Spring. A couple of items that I need to address; if the Education Committee has refused your CEU’s for any reason, I cannot change what they approve and do not approve. If it is an ASATT Approved Meeting, then it is pretty much guarantee that the CEU’s will be approved.

We are having our very first Virtual Region 1 Meeting on February 27th. I have at the least three speakers. I was hoping for at least one more, however that is not going to be the case. You will get 3 CEU’s for the Region 1 Virtual Meeting. You do not need to be a Region 1 Member to attend any of the Virtual Regional Meetings, so tell your friends. The price is right that is for sure. Members are $30, Non-Members are $60 for 3 CEU’s. I want to thank Joyce Freeman, Dr. Joe Answine and Dr. Carolina Koutras for volunteering their time to speak.

SAVE THE DATE: Do not forget to start making plans for next year’s Annual Meeting in Fort Worth, Texas September 23-25th, 2021 I would almost guarantee that you will not be disappointed with this meeting. It is going to be one of the biggest ASATT Meetings. You can expect updates as time goes along.

If Region 1 Members would like to do an appreciation celebration at the National Meeting, I think it would be fun for all of us to get together. Maybe a dinner somewhere or go to an acceptable place of fun for all of us. Just a thought. Think about it and if you are going to the National Meeting this year, email me and we can try to put something together. After this last year, we all deserve a little fun.

STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY
