Hey Region 4,

Hopefully things are starting to get back to normal for everyone minus the supply issues everyone seems to be having on a daily basis. Spring should be right around the corner but sometimes it seems like Mother Nature doesn’t want to let go of winter just yet.

We have a regional education seminar set up for April 23rd so you should see that on the web site soon if not already. 4 CEU’s and some good topics. After this one let me know if there are any other topics or areas of interest you want to see and I can work on those for the future.

The Annual Meeting for this year will be in Fort Worth, start planning now. We are going to have a little bit of a different format than in the past so let us know what you think. The dates are August 10th- August 12th. I’m really into grilling and smoking meat so I’m looking forward to some good Texas BBQ! We will also be having a national online education conference at the end of September so more opportunities for CEU’s. More info on that to come.

I know there has always been a lot of discussion about the differences in how we practice for state to state and hospital to hospital and I was wondering if you guys would be interested in me setting up a virtual meeting at some point just to have that type of discussion and to see what I can do to help us grow in our region. Please reach out to me and let me know what you think.

Respectfully yours

Mike Kosanke

Region 4 Director
